| Its Jez!! Jez came along to the weekend away, and reached so many people! He gave us his testimony of when he became a Christian. Alongside other things such as dressing up as a pirate with Olly!! Jez is a also a great KidzClub leader from our Church, he has the amazing gift of reaching out his words to both children and adults alike. On one Sunday morning, I volunteered to help out at the KidsClub, and Jez was standing in front of the room, presenting a group chat with the children, He held one tea light in his hand and asked several others to come up to the front with a tea light, one by one, from a line, they each held their candle to his, to ignite their own flame. This was to represent his missionary work which he completed in Africa, teaching others how we can spread our light. Although this was an example to the children, it really inspired me. Probably one of my strongest memories from KidsClub. Another church at Eastborne has asked Jez if he would kindly serve them, so unfortunatley Jez will soon be leaving us, although I'm sure he will spread his light to so many more! |
